Last chance for cheap FSExpo 2026 tickets as organizers tease new combat arena and unannounced Navigraph features

FlightSimExpo has established itself as the yearly focal point for major product announcements and community gatherings. With the 2026 edition scheduled for June 12-14 in Saint Paul, Minnesota, organizers are urging attendees to finalize their plans before Sunday, March 1. Ticket prices will increase by $10 after this deadline. This year, attendees can expect a heavier focus on interactive combat and hands-on demonstrations.

FSExpo has always focused on both civilian and military flight simulation. This year, organizers are strengthening the experience for combat-oriented simmers by partnering with Grinnelli Designs, who will introduce the FSExpo 2026 Combat Arena. According to CEO Joe Grinnelli, the team is planning a dynamic lineup of events in partnership with industry leaders who share their passion for aviation.

“Highlights include a head-to-head air combat competition, team operations, airshow-style performances, and more, with great prizes available to be won,” Grinnelli says. This addition directly addresses long-standing community requests for more diverse and interactive experiences on the show floor.

On the software side, Navigraph is stepping up as a Diamond+ Sponsor and providing personalized badges for all attendees. The company says visitors will be the first to get hands-on experience with an upcoming release. While details remain completely under wraps, Navigraph has a history of showcasing cool upcoming features on the show. The team will also be present to discuss SimBrief and Navigraph Academy.

Securing your spot in Saint Paul

The venue shifts to the Saint Paul RiverCentre this year. “If you liked the vibe in Providence, you’ll love this year’s venue,” says Co-Founder Evan Reiter. He notes the walkable downtown area and proximity to the Mississippi River. The venue sits roughly eight miles from MSP Airport and a short drive from the Mall of America.

For those looking to attend, booking before the March 1 deadline guarantees the lowest possible ticket prices. “We offer the best prices for those who can make their travel plans early,” adds FSA Co-Founder Phil Coyle. Hotel blocks are currently open with rates starting at $149 per night, and organizers have negotiated airfare discounts with Delta, United, and Southwest. Early bookings help the organizers gauge availability and secure overflow rooms if necessary.

Frequent attendees might want to utilize their FSA Captain status. This membership grants an extra 20% discount on expo tickets, a dedicated entrance lane, and priority registration.

What to expect on the floor

More than 40 exhibitors are already confirmed for the June event. Organizers plan to reveal the specific developer names later this year. The core appeal of FSExpo remains the direct interaction between users and the people building their favorite add-ons.

“We’ve made it super easy for flight sim devs of all sizes to participate,” Reiter explains. “The number one reason attendees come to the event is to meet the people behind the projects.”
