Drzewiecki Design releases Poland’s Warsaw Chopin Airport for MSFS

Drzewiecki Design is back with a new addition to its vast collection of scenery and airports for Microsoft Flight Simulator. This time, the Polish developer focuses on their home turf, releasing Poland’s main international airport, EPWA Warsaw Chopin Airport, located in the country’s capital.

This new release once again showcases Drzewiecki Design’s attention to detail and capability to create high-quality scenery. If you’ve seen their work in other airports such as Renton, Paine Field, or Newark, you most definitely have an idea of what to expect from EPWA.

Key features of this scenery:

  • Highly detailed and up-to-date model of Poland’s largest and busiest airport
  • FPS-friendly design with “epic” night textures, dynamic lighting, and PBR materials
  • Performance-optimized interior modeling for terminal buildings, control tower, and hangars
  • Advanced night lighting, custom animations, 3D people, and ambient sounds
  • Static aircraft and vehicles for added realism
  • Full compatibility with GSX Pro using Cartayna Files
  • Seamless integration with Drzewiecki Design’s Warsaw Landmarks

Warsaw Chopin Airport handles nearly 40% of Poland’s air passenger traffic and has a rich history dating back to 1934. This new scenery from Drzewiecki Design hopes to accurately represent the airport’s evolution, including its two crossing runways (2800m and 3690m), modern terminal facilities, and cargo terminal.

Drzewiecki Design’s Warsaw Chopin Airport is out now for Microsoft Flight Simulator and is available from several retailers such as Contrail and simMarket, priced at just over 20 Euros.
